The dress may get wrinkled during shipping. We recommend you apply warm mist.

Since the dresses need sensitive care, we recommend dry cleaning.

Yes, we have 6 different colors that you can choose for this model. The color options are white, ivory, black, blush, sage green and champagne.

We offer free express shipping to the USA, Canada and Europe. For other parts of the world, different shipping rates apply.

How long will it take to get a dress?

We sew within a week and we ship with express shipping. It takes 2 to 5 days depending on the location. So you can receive a dress in approximately 6 to 10 days after your purchase.

Normally it takes approximately a week to sew a dress. However, in busy times like Halloween, Christmas or wedding seasons, it may take more than a week due to pending orders.

Are the dresses ready-made or do you start sewing when you get the order?

We start sewing when we get the order because every dress might be unique according to measurements or small modification requests.

Should I pay any extra fee for custom sizes?

No, we do not charge any extra fee for custom sizes.

Can I choose floor length or knee length for this dress?

Yes, you can choose floor length or knee length upon your preference.

Where should the hem be?

For this dress, the hem should be nearly the mid-point between the knee and ankle. This dress is tea length and if you prefer tea length, this is how you should set the hem.

We need chest (all around and measured just from the armpits) and the length of the dress you want (from shoulder to hem).
