You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under Turkish law to use the Site or purchase Products. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

– Account Creation: To order Products, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information.

4. Orders & Payments
Order Acceptance: Receipt of your order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including unavailability of Products, errors in pricing or description, or suspected fraud.
Pricing & Payment: All prices are shown in TRY and include VAT. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed by third‑party gateways; we do not store your card details.
Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order before it ships by emailing info@handdybaby.com. Once shipped, you must follow our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship domestically and internationally. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Delivery dates are estimates only; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Your return and exchange rights are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy available on the Site. Please review it before placing an order.
