2. Right of Withdrawal
Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law (Mesafeli Satışlar Yönetmeliği), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days following the date you—or a third party you appointed—take physical possession of the goods, without giving any reason.

3. Conditions for Returns
Timeframe: Items must be returned within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.
Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Non‑returnable items: Personalized, perishable, or hygiene‑sensitive items (e.g., nipples, pacifiers) are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
4. How to Return
Pack your item(s): Securely re‑pack in the original box or equivalent protective packaging.
Include documentation: Enclose a copy of your invoice or order confirmation.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt, credited to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non‑refundable, except in cases of our error.
6. Exchanges
You may exchange an item for a different size, color, or model within 30 days of receipt.To request an exchange, email us at info@handdybaby.com with your order number and the details of the desired replacement item.Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the new item is of higher value, you will be invoiced for the difference; if lower, we will refund the difference.
7. Defective or Damaged Goods
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
