Yes, sure! We do our best to make the dresses fit at once. We ask you to choose the right size or give us the exact measurements to make the dress fit the first time. However, due to some factors, it may not happen and if the dress does not fit, do not worry. We are always ready to support. We can sew a new dress and replace it in that case.

How can I get rid of wrinkles that occur during shipping?

The dress may get wrinkled during shipping. We recommend you apply warm mist.

How can I clean the dress?

Since the dresses need sensitive care, we recommend dry cleaning.

Can I choose different colors for this dress?

Yes, we have 6 different colors that you can choose for this model. The color options are white, ivory, black, blush, sage green and champagne.

Do you ship worldwide?

We offer free express shipping to the USA, Canada and Europe. For other parts of the world, different shipping rates apply.

How long will it take to get a dress?

We sew within a week and we ship with express shipping. It takes 2 to 5 days depending on the location. So you can receive a dress in approximately 6 to 10 days after your purchase.

How long does it take to sew a dress?

Normally it takes approximately a week to sew a dress. However, in busy times like Halloween, Christmas or wedding seasons, it may take more than a week due to pending orders.

Are the dresses ready-made or do you start sewing when you get the order?

We start sewing when we get the order because every dress might be unique according to measurements or small modification requests.

Should I pay any extra fee for custom sizes?

No, we do not charge any extra fee for custom sizes.

Can I choose floor length or knee length for this dress?

Yes, you can choose floor length or knee length upon your preference.

Where should the hem be?

For this dress, the hem should be nearly the mid-point between the knee and ankle. This dress is tea length and if you prefer tea length, this is how you should set the hem.

What measurements do you need for this dress?

We need chest (all around and measured just from the armpits) and the length of the dress you want (from shoulder to hem).

Can I get custom sizes?

Yes, you can give your measurements and we can sew according to your measurements. Please note that accurate dress measurements are crucial for a perfect fit. As we handcraft each dress to your provided measurements, we cannot be held responsible for fitting issues resulting from incorrect measurements. At Handyybaby, we believe that every dress carries a story and a little bit of magic. I’m Hande, and what started as a small passion project at home has grown into a women-led atelier in Istanbul. Inspired by the handmade clothes my mother sewed for me as a child, I began creating special outfits for little girls—especially for weddings, birthdays, and unforgettable celebrations.
